KW Story

Parkour in KW (Kitchener Waterloo Cambridge) really started to grow around September of 2005. The community began with a couple members of PKTO who arranged a meeting through the forum. And that’s how it continued. With more and more people finding us through the forum and spotting us outside and joining in on the good times.

Here in the Tri-City area, we like to keep things fresh and new. Whether we're focusing on techniques, intense conditioning or just horsing around, we manage to have a great workout, while having a lot of fun at the same time. With a growing community of about 50 members, we have regular meets occurring 2-3 times a week; plenty of opportunities for anyone new to come out and try!
